The Steps to Success program is a four day workshop offered by Rochester Institute of Technology for deaf and hard-of-hearing 9 th th grade African American, Latino and Native American (AALANA) students. Students will spend two days learning about college prep, leadership, business and other current event topics.

Whether your goal is to earn a certificate or degree, or to transfer to a four-year college or university, the Los Rios colleges are here to help you succeed. This workshop covers basic CACFP administration including menu planning, food production records, meal counting and claiming, financial reports, supervision and training, civil rights, recordkeeping, preparing for a review and infant feeding.
